Carnegie Annex - renovation of a 1930’s branch library

This design is the conversion of a 1930’s Carnegie branch library into satellite offices for Portland Parks and Recreation.  This major renovation was accomplished entirely by PP&R maintenance staff under my guidance, including all mechanical and electrical upgrades.  In conjunction with LGA Architects.
